    Your customers read a car with any tool. The file comes to your portal.

    A read from any tool goes straight to your tuner. Decrypting and encrypting locked files is for a master on Alientech or AutoTuner, on their own account.

    You connect your own Alientech or AutoTuner account in your portal, and locked files from your slaves open on the job. If you are not a master on them, their files are simply kept and handed to your tuner as they came.

    Which tools can my customers use?

    Any. A read from any tool or bench programmer comes to your portal and goes to your tuner. A locked file from a tool other than Alientech or AutoTuner is kept as it came, and your tuner opens it in that tool.

    Do you decrypt KESS3 and AutoTuner files?

    If you are a master on Alientech or AutoTuner, yes, on your own account and only when the file is locked. It comes with every plan: you connect your own account in your portal.

    What does the portal read from a file?

    The hardware number, the software number and the ECU family, and it fills in the car for you.

    What happens when the same car comes back?

    With File Match (an add-on, part of Master), if it is the very same read and you tuned it for the same work before, the tuned file goes out by itself once the job is paid. If only the software number matches, your tuner is offered what you did last time.

    Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?

    Coming soon. You will be able to ask your own AI assistant about your portal, only for the people you choose, with restricted access.
