Do I pay for the first month of Pro?
No. Your card is checked at sign-up and nothing is charged; the first payment of £49.99 is on the 1st after the free month.
Who counts as one of Pro's 3 staff?
Anyone who signs in to your panel: a tuner, a technician, the office. Your customers never count.
Can I move from Pro to Business?
In any month. Moving up starts at once, pro rata to the 1st; moving down starts on the next 1st.
