Your data.

What we keep, why, for how long, and who helps us run the service. TUNING DATABASE SRL is the controller for this website and for your account; for the personal data in your portal we are your processor.

1. 1. On this website

When you join the list, ask for a demo or sign up, we keep your name, your email, your business and the setup you built, to answer you and to open your portal. We keep list and demo requests until you ask us to remove them; write to [email protected]. Payments are taken by Stripe and we never see your card number.

2. 2. In your portal

Each portal has its own database, and a test on every release proves no portal can read another's rows, files or jobs. Files are encrypted and stored once; only a portal that holds a file can open it.

3. 3. What the service learns from a file

The platform learns only what a file is: the car, the ECU and the software. It uses that to recognise the same file when another portal already holds those bytes. It never learns who sent it, the customer, the VIN or the price.

4. 4. Your files stay in your portal

A file never leaves your portal unless you choose to offer it in the marketplace, file by file or for all, and you can stop at any time.

5. 5. Where and with whom

The service is hosted in Germany, in the European Union, by IONOS SE, and backups are encrypted. The others who help us: Cloudflare (protection of this site and the portals), Stripe (payments), and the AI provider you choose, on your own key, if you switch the assistant on.

6. 6. When you leave

You receive a full export of your customers, jobs and files. Thirty days later the files are deleted; only the facts that identify a file (which car, which ECU, which software) remain, with no portal attached.

7. 7. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected] and a person answers.
