What changes the moment I add the AI package?
The support assistant switches on in your portal as soon as your own AI key is saved in the settings.
Why does the assistant need my own AI key?
So the provider bills you for exactly what your assistant uses, and your customers' questions go only to the provider you chose.
Is the AI package billed straight away?
From the day you add it, pro rata to the 1st, then £19.99 with each month's bill.
Can I remove the AI package?
Yes, from the next 1st. The month already billed is not refunded, and the assistant keeps working until then.
