What happens when Solo passes 30 files in a month?
Nothing stops. Each file over is £1.50, added to the bill on the 1st after the month.
Can I move from Solo to Pro?
In any month. Moving up starts at once and is charged pro rata to the 1st; moving down starts on the next 1st.
What is billed on the 1st on Solo?
£29 for the month ahead, and any files over 30 from the month just gone.
Can someone help me on Solo?
Add an extra staff user at £5 a month, or move to Pro, which has 3 sign-ins.
