What does one extra staff user give me?

How many staff does my package have already?
Start 1, Solo 1, Pro 3, Business 5, Network 10, Master 25. Each extra person is £5 a month.
Do my customers or dealers count as staff?
No. Customers have accounts of their own and dealers have portals of their own; only people on your panel count.
Can I remove a staff user?
Yes, from the next 1st, with no refund for the month billed.
