    Features

    Everything your portal does, today.

Requests and delivery, payments, dealers, conversations, your file library, the workshop and your brand. Everything on this page works today on a hosted portal.

    What your portal does.

One portal for the whole business: requests, money, dealers, conversations, files and the workshop.

    Orders and delivery

Your customer uploads, the portal does the paperwork, your tuner only tunes.

    • Your customer orders on one page Car, tool, work and payment on one page: no back and forth on WhatsApp.
    • Car details filled in from the file Your customer uploads the read; the portal finds the ECU, the hardware and software numbers and fills in the car.
    • Locked files decrypted only when needed A bench, boot or OBD read goes straight to your tuner; an Alientech or AutoTuner file is decrypted only if it is locked, on your own vendor account.
    • A queue that sorts itself Express and Urgent jobs on top with their turnaround target, so the work paid for speed is never late.
    • AI file match sends repeat files Same software, same work as a file you or your team tuned before: sent after checks, with a 24 hour undo.
    • Corrections, certificate and dyno sheet Revised files on the same job, and a tuning certificate and dyno sheet in your brand.
    • Your customer told when it is ready By email, WhatsApp or Telegram, without you picking up the phone.

    Payments and invoicing

Paid before you work, invoiced in your name.

    • Paid first, by card or credits Switch it on and a request goes through only once it is paid: per job by card, or from a credit wallet with bonus credits on bigger packs.
    • The money goes to your own account Payments land straight in your own payment account, never through us.
    • Your price list Your prices per ECU and per vehicle type, tiers for your best customers, promo codes and bundles.
    • VAT done for you The right VAT per country, EU reverse charge for businesses, VAT numbers checked.
    • Invoices in your name An invoice for every top-up and every job, sent without you typing one.

    Dealers

Your dealers sell under their own names; the files come to you.

    • Dealer portals Each dealer gets a portal in their own name, with their own customers; every file comes to you.
    • Billing per dealer What each dealer owes you, worked out per file, with a statement for any period.
    • Switches per dealer You decide what each dealer can see, sell and do, switch by switch.

    Conversations

Every message in one place, answered faster, even at night.

    • One inbox for every message The portal, every job, Telegram and your website chat in one Messages page.
    • Answer from the list Reply or send a file without opening the job, with a reminder when a reply is late.
    • Support assistant Answers your customers at night: it knows the car, the ECU, the stage and what you charge. On your own AI key.
    • Translation Read and answer every customer in their own language.
    • Fault codes explained Every DTC code explained where it appears, for you and for your customer.
    • Email a group of customers Pick customers by profile and send them news, with a test send to yourself first.

    File library and tools

Every file you finish, kept and found again.

    • Your own library Every finished file kept, searchable by software, hardware and ECU, and offered back when the same car returns.
    • Import what you have Bring your folders, batch uploads and WinOLS projects with you.
    • Maps in the browser Open the maps of a file and see what changed against stock, without opening WinOLS.
    • Map comparison Two files side by side, map by map.
    • Every kind of vehicle Cars and vans, trucks, machinery, motorbikes and marine.

    Workshop

Bookings, staff and every car you have seen.

    • Workshop diary Bookings from your website, the phone and the assistant in one calendar.
    • Staff rota Who is in, who is booked, and holidays counted.
    • In your phone The diary in your phone's calendar, and a reminder every morning.
    • Vehicle pages A page per car with its spec, documents and dyno graphs.

    Your brand, kept safe

Your name on everything. We run the server.

    • Your brand everywhere Your name, logo and colours on every screen, email, invoice and download.
    • Your address yourname.tunerengine.com from day one, or your own domain.
    • Two-step sign-in A code from an app or by email, compulsory for staff, customers or both.
    • Sign in with Google Customers and staff sign up and sign in with their Google account; the second step still asked when you require it.
    • Bot protection Sign-in, sign-up and forgotten password guarded against bots.
    • Roles that fit Owners, admins, tuners and technicians each see only what their job needs.
    • Backups and updates Done by us every day, without you lifting a finger.

    Laminar flow

One job crosses every desk. Nothing stops it.

Each step is done by the person who should do it, or by the portal. Nobody types it twice, chases it or reminds anyone.

    1. 00:00 Engineer

      Upload

The customer drops a read on one form, from the phone or the bench.

    2. 00:02 Portal

      ECU found

Hardware, software and ECU family read from the file; the car filled in.

    3. 00:03 Portal

      Priced and paid

Your price list, by card or credits, VAT done for you.

    4. 00:18 Tuner

      Tuned

The queue puts Express first; your tuner opens it and delivers.

    5. 00:18 Customer

      Told

Email or WhatsApp the moment the file is ready.

    For masters and workshops

Your whole business, A to Z.

The files, your dealers, your website and your diary in one place, so nothing runs on email, spreadsheets or a PC left on in the office.

    AI file match

Every new read is compared with the files you have tuned before, the jobs your dealers sent you included, and your tuner sees the match and sends it on.

    Bench and boot archives

A locked bench or boot read opens to every memory it holds; your tuner edits the engine flash and every other part goes back exactly as it was.

    Your website, connected

Bookings, live chat and call-back requests from your own website arrive in the portal, next to your jobs.

    Workshop diary

Bookings from your website, the phone and the assistant in one calendar.

You and your dealers, one conversation

A dealer's customer writes on a job and you read it; your answer, and the reason when you turn a file down, go back to the dealer.

    Something only you need

We build it for you: custom development from £250 an hour, quoted before we start.

    Questions

    Asked before you start.

Something else? Write to [email protected] and a person who tunes files answers.

Do you decrypt KESS3 and AutoTuner files?

Yes, in every plan. An Alientech or AutoTuner file is decrypted only if it is locked; a plain bench or boot read goes straight to your tuner.

What does the portal read from a file?

The hardware number, the software number and the ECU family, and it fills in the car for you.

What happens when the same car comes back?

If you tuned the same software for the same work before, the file goes out at once, after checks, with a 24 hour undo.

    Which vehicles does it handle?

Cars and vans, trucks, machinery, motorbikes and marine.

    How do people sign in?

With a password and a second step from an app or an email code, which you can make compulsory for staff, customers or both, or with their Google account.

    Who sees what?

Owners, tuners, technicians and customers each see only what they can use.

    Who backs it up?

We do: backups and updates every day, without you lifting a finger.
