What happens when Business passes 400 files in a month?
Nothing stops. Each file over is 75p, billed on the 1st after the month.
Is priority support really part of Business?
Yes. Every question gets an answer the same working day; on Solo or Pro the same support is £29 a month.
When is Business better than Pro?
When you send well past Pro's 100 files a month, each one over at £1 on Pro, or need more than 3 people on the panel.
What is billed on the 1st on Business?
£99 for the month ahead and any files over 400 from the month just gone. Your first payment covers today to the 1st.
