What takes room on my portal?
Each job keeps the original read, its decrypted copy if it was locked, the tuned file and its encrypted copy, with the documents attached to it.
How much room does my package have already?
Start 5 GB, Solo 10 GB, Pro 25 GB, Business 100 GB, Network 250 GB, Master 1,000 GB.
Is extra storage billed straight away?
From the day you add it, pro rata to the 1st, then £5 for each block on every bill.
Can I remove extra storage?
Yes, from the next 1st, with no refund for the month billed; the room stays until then.
