How do Dimsport files work on a file portal?
Trasdata and New Genius reads come to your portal like any other file: one order page, one queue, your tuner opens them in your own Dimsport tool.
In short
A Trasdata or New Genius read uploads on your portal and lands on one job in your queue. The file is kept as it came, your tuner opens it in your own Dimsport tool, and the tuned file goes back on the same job.
What are Trasdata and New Genius?
They are Dimsport's tools. New Genius works through the car's OBD socket. New Trasdata works on the ECU itself, on the bench and in boot mode. Shops often own both, in the same way an Alientech shop might own KESS3 and K-TAG.
How does a Dimsport customer send a file?
The same way as every other customer. They sign in on your portal, upload the read, and choose the work on one page. The portal fills in what the file says, and the customer adds what it does not. The job lands in your queue.

What happens to a locked Dimsport file?
It stays as it came. Decrypting inside the portal is for a master on Alientech or AutoTuner. Your tuner downloads the file, opens it in your own Dimsport tool, tunes it and uploads the result to the job. The customer is told it is ready and downloads it from the same place.
What does a mixed shop gain from one portal?
Most file services do not see one tool. They see whatever their customers happen to own. One portal means one way of ordering for everyone, one queue for your tuners, one set of prices, and one history per customer, whichever tool they used this time. A customer who moves from one maker to another keeps their sign-in, their credits and their past jobs.
Questions
Does the portal accept Dimsport files?
Yes. The Dimsport container is accepted along with the usual binary formats.
Can I keep my Dimsport master tool?
Yes. Nothing about the portal replaces your tool. Your tuner keeps opening files in it.
Do I need to tell customers which tool to use?
No. They keep the tool they have.
